How to print on the RTP APPAREL t-shirt:
Squeeze the product for 3 to 10 seconds to remove the moisture, then print according to the machine manufacturers' usual recommendations for pre-treated T-shirts. If you need further advice, please contact us via the contact form and indicate your current settings: machine, ink selection and drying system (heat press or tunnel).
How to print on white RTP APPAREL T-shirts?
You can print with or without a white undercoat. The wash fastness is naturally better with a white undercoat. Thanks to the pre-treatment, the colours will be vivid even without an undercoat.
Warning : we remind you that the RTP APPAREL White tee shirt is pre-treated. The curing time of the inks must be identical to that of a coloured (pre-treated) tee shirt. If your drying time is shortened, the polymerisation (pre-treatment + ink) will be incomplete and will result in poor washability.
Is wet/wet printing possible?
No, this shirt does not support wet/dry printing.
What precautions should be taken when using and caring for RTP APPAREL printed T-shirts?
As with all digitally printed T-shirts, the T-shirts should not be exposed to light (UV) before being washed once. This could result in partial yellowing of the product surface.
Although OEKO-TEX certified, we recommend that you instruct consumers to wash the shirts before first use.
Finally, in order to preserve the durability of the print, the instructions on the care label should be followed, products should be washed on the reverse side and detergents containing optical brighteners should be avoided wherever possible.
What is the pre-treated print area?
The printing area varies according to product and size:
For RTP APPAREL VISION, there's no limit to the printing area. You can print the front, sleeves, back, inside and collar.
For RTP TEMPO 145 and RTP TEMPO 185, the printing area is on the front panel only. To find out the print area for each size, we recommend you download our brochure, which gives the print area measurements.
Is there a shelf life for RTP APPAREL T-shirts?
Non, notre technologie diffère des prétraitements réguliers sur le marché actuel. Nos produits peuvent être stockés sans durée de vie limitée.
Cependant, nous devons prendre quelques précautions de base en matière de stockage, telles que : humidité < 65%, zone de stockage < 30°C, pas d'exposition au soleil et les cartons doivent être fermés pour éviter d'avoir de la poussière dans les polybags.
